2011Adobe Photoshop Touch App for Android.

When the first digital tablets where launched, one of the features that most photographers wished for was the ability to process photos while on the move. However, this proved to be difficult. Apple’s iOS closed systems and Android’s inability to attract application developers left photographers waiting for that magic application that will allow them to process their photos while on the move.
A number of applications have been introduced since Apple launched their first iPad in January 2010, however, none of this applications managed to get close to the processing capacity that Adobe Photoshop gives us. All this changed when few weeks ago, in November 2011, Adobe introduced their Photoshop Touch app. Surprisingly, and maybe one of Google’s first win over Apple, Adobe decided to introduce this highly awaited application only as an Android App leaving all the iPad photo users, including me, looking with envy at their Android photographers friends. ( Google 1 – Apple 0 ).
Available at the moment as an Android App only, Photoshop Touch provides some insights into Adobe’s vision of the future of image manipulation on tablets. The new Adobe Photoshop Touch app lets you quickly combine images, apply professional effects, share the results with friends and family through social networking sites like Facebook and more — all from the convenience of your tablet.
